Dave Jones has over
33 years of civil engineering, design, construction and project
management for municipal, commercial, industrial, institutional and
residential development clients. His experience includes site
evaluation, regulatory investigation, preliminary plan development,
grading design, roadway and parking lot design, subdivision lot
layouts, sewer, water and storm water design, erosion and sediment
control design, project estimating, site permitting, construction
management, inspection, testing and certification.
Dave utilizes AutoCAD Civil 3D computer design software to produce
proposed site and utility models for engineering analysis and
construction document production.

impact, forestry studies, annexation applications, zoning changes and
public authority hearings.
