Alan has over 23 years of
design and consulting experience including practice areas in water,
wastewater, storm water, groundwater, solid waste, and land
development. He is responsible for the day-to-day operation and
management of the firm and maintains an active role in many of the
projects. His areas of practice include water supply,
treatment, and distribution; wastewater collection, treatment and
on-site disposal; storm water collection and detention; dams;
landfills: and land development/site design.
Ron Lawson, P.E., BCEE - Senior
Engineer
Ron Lawson has more than 40
years experience in chemical and environmental engineering providing
senior-level consulting and project management. His areas of practice
include infrastructure audits and financial analysis;
wastewater collection system maintenance; biological sludge management;
industrial storm water pollution prevention plans; regional solid waste
planning; municipal and industrial solid waste collection and disposal;
and regulatory compliance.
Joe Cunningham, P.E. - Senior
Engineer
Joe Cunningham has over thirty
years of civil engineering design and water utility management
experience in South Carolina and the Southeast. His areas of practice
include civil engineering design and project management;
water supply, treatment, and distribution; and wastewater collection,
treatment and land disposal.
Jim
Mauro, P.E. - Project Engineer
Jim Mauro has over 15 years
professional experience in civil and transportation engineering,
including site design, roadway design, bridge inspection and design,
and project management. His areas of practice include site
design and roadway design using AutoCAD Civil 3D; bridge engineering;
storm water hydrology & hydraulic design; and regulatory
compliance.
Jennifer Rice - Staff Design Engineer
Jennifer has 5 years professional experience in
civil/site design for municipal and residential land development,
recreational site design, storm water hydrology & hydraulic design;
modeling of flood flows and elevations, FEMA applications
for LOMAR AND CLOMR, design of swales,
retention basins and outlet structures. Her areas of practice include
water, sewer, storm water and roadway design using AutoCAD LDD,
Microstation & Geopak, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS; water resource programs
adICPR and ASAD; EPAnet, and Pipe Works.
Steve Springs - GIS Specialist

Steve Springs has over 5 years of experience with software, planning
and environmental consulting. His areas of practice include Geographic Information
Systems (GIS), Global Positioning Systems (GPS), GIS and GPS
instruction, land planning, environmental planning, water and natural
resource planning and policy, city and regional planning, brownfield
and mixed-use redevelopment, recreation and tourism planning and
management, watershed planning and management, public policy,
recreation resource management, park management and public involvement

David C. Jones - Senior Civil
Designer
Dave Jones has over
33 years of civil engineering, design, construction and project
management experience for municipal, commercial, industrial,
institutional and residential development clients. His areas of
practice include site
evaluation, regulatory investigation, preliminary plan development,
grading design, roadway and parking lot design, subdivision layout,
sewer, water and storm water design, erosion and sediment control
design, project estimating, site permitting, construction management,
inspection, testing and certification.

Gene Everett has
more than 30 years experience in construction services for residential,
commercial, institutional, and public works projects. His areas of
practice include construction management, field supervision, inspection
and OSHA compliance for water lines, sanitary sewers, site grading,
